Indian Bhaji Pav Sandwiches
A delicious and flavorful Indian street food-inspired sandwich filled with crispy bhaji and served on soft pav.
Ingredients
- β1 cup bhaji mix
- β4-6 pieces pav
- β1/2 cup, thinly sliced gherkin
- β1/4 cup quick cilantro chutney
- β1/4 cup velvety green chutney
- βto taste salt
- βfor frying vegetable oil
Instructions

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Once hot, add a small amount of water to the pan and add the bhaji mix.

Fry until the bhaji is crispy and golden brown.

Drain the bhaji on paper towels.

Split the pav into halves.

Toast the pav halves until lightly browned.

Spread a layer of quick cilantro chutney on each pav half.

Add a few slices of gherkin on top of the chutney.

Place a few pieces of fried bhaji on top of the gherkin.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
