Venezuelan Quesadilla
A twist on the classic quesadilla, this Venezuelan version adds a layer of melted cheese and a hint of Venezuelan spices.

- β8 oz cheeseshredded
- β4 oz quick cheeseshredded
- β1 tsp Venezuelan spicesoptional

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Place a quesadilla in the skillet and sprinkle shredded cheese on half of the tortilla.

Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the cheese.
