Argentinian Beef Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with thinly sliced beef and Chinese stir-fry sauce. Serve over rice or noodles for a delicious and easy meal.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced into thin strips Beef (sirloin or ribeye)
- β2 tablespoons Chinese stir-fry sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- β1-inch piece, sliced Ginger
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 cup, sliced Snow peas
- β1 cup, sliced Bell peppers
- β Skilletlarge
- β Salt and pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the sliced ginger and garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced snow peas and bell peppers to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until tender.

Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour in the Chinese stir-fry sauce. Stir to combine.
