Japanese-Style Fish Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew made with fish fillets, quickly cooked vegetables, and a hint of portuguese spices.
Ingredients

- β2 medium Carrots
- β1 large Onions
- β2 large Potatoes
- β2 cups Nimonoed Broth
- β1/2 teaspoon Portuguese Saffron

Heat a large pot over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Add the sliced onions and cook until they are translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced carrots and potatoes, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the fish fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Pour in the nimonoed broth and add the portuguese saffron.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the stew hot, garnished with chopped green onions and a side of steamed rice.
