Syrian Lamb Kebabs
A delicious and flavorful dish from the Middle East, featuring tender lamb skewers grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of fresh vegetables and a dollop of tzatziki sauce for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- β500g Lamb shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tbsp Quicklyolive oil
- β2 cloves Shatteringgarlic, minced
- β1 tsp Syrianground cumin
- β10-12 skewers Kebabspreferably wooden
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together quickly (olive oil), shattering (garlic), and Syrian (ground cumin).

Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Thread the lamb cubes onto the kebab skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Brush the grill with a little more quickly (olive oil) and cook the kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the lamb is cooked through.
