Sirloin Steak with Egyptian Spice
A flavorful and tender sirloin steak recipe with a hint of Egyptian spices. Pair it with a side of braised vegetables for a well-rounded meal.
Ingredients
- ●1.5 lbs Sirloin Steakpreferably ribeye or strip loin
- ●2 tbsp Egyptian Spice Blendcombine paprika, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper
- ●2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 large Onionchopped
- ●1 cup Braised Vegetablessuch as carrots, bell peppers, and potatoes

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the Egyptian Spice Blend and olive oil.

Rub the spice mixture all over the sirloin steak, making sure to coat it evenly.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the steak to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

While the steak is cooking, heat some oil in a separate pan and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened.
