Braised Beef Kebabs
A delicious and tender beef dish made with slow-cooked kebabs in a rich, flavorful sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beef Shincut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons Tomato Pasteoptional
- β2 cups Beef Brothlow-sodium
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oilfor browning
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon Paprika

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Brown the beef cubes on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from pot and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and cook the onion until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the beef broth, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine.

Return the beef cubes to the pot, cover, and transfer to the oven.

Braise the kebabs for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until tender.
