Slovakian Zucchini Casserole
A traditional Slovakian dish made with zucchini, creamy sauce, and a crunchy topping. Perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

- β1 pound, browned quietly Ground Beef
- β1 cup creamy Sour Cream
- β1 teaspoon slovakian Paprika
- β1 medium, chopped Casserole Onion
- β1 cup Casserole Bread Crumbs
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- β1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Combine the cooked zucchini mixture and sour cream mixture in the skillet.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the bread crumbs and shredded cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
