Uruguayan Beef Wrap

Ingredients
- β1 pound Uruguayan beef (such as skirt steak or flank steak)Cut into thin strips

- β1/2 cup Creamy chimichurri sauceStore-bought or homemade
- β1 Large flour wrap
- β Salt and pepper
- β Optional: sliced bell peppers and/or zucchini
