Crispy Canadian Baby Aubergine Flatbread

- β1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Slice the Canadian baby aubergine into 1/4 inch thick rounds.

Brush both sides of the aubergine slices with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
