Korean Namul Salad
A simple and healthy Korean-inspired salad made with namul, vegetables, and a hint of crunch.

Ingredients
- β1/2 block quietly crumbled tofu
- β2 cups korean namul
- β1 cup mixed vegetablessuch as shredded carrots, chopped cucumber, and sliced bell peppers
- β2 tablespoons sesame oil
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon crushed sesame seeds

1. In a large bowl, combine the crumbled tofu, namul, and mixed vegetables.
