Chinese-Style Tagine Chicken
A Chinese twist on the traditional Moroccan tagine, featuring tender chicken and aromatic spices served over a bed of fluffy rice.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β2 inches gingersliced
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup grain rice
- β2 teaspoons tagine spice blend
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β2 cups quietly cooked chicken broth

Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
