Energizing Buddha Bowl
A refreshing and healthy Chinese-inspired bowl filled with energizing ingredients for a perfect snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- β1 cup cooked Quinoa
- β1 cup (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers) Mixed Vegetables
- β1/2 cup (coconut or almond yogurt) Yogurt
- β1 tsp Honey
- β1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- β1/4 cup (chopped cilantro, scallions) Fresh Herbs
