Irish Potato Casserole

- β2 tablespoons Quietly Whipped Butter
- β1 cup, shredded Molten Cheddar Cheese
- β1/2 cup, shredded Irish Cheddar Cheese
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh Parsley

Peel and slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
