Polish-Style Meat Dumplings

- β2 cups all-purpose flourfor dumpling dough
- β1 eggfor dumpling dough
- β1/2 cup waterfor dumpling dough
- β1/2 lb polish sausageoptional, for added flavor
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 medium carrotchopped
- β2 stalks celerychopped
- β4 cups beef brothfor broth

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, egg, and water to form dumpling dough.
