Wagyu Paella Valenciana
A traditional Spanish paella dish with wagyu beef and a flavorful broth.

Ingredients
- β1 pound Wagyu beef (thin strips)sliced into thin strips
- β1 cup Spanish riceshort-grain rice
- β1/2 teaspoon Valenciana saffronhigh-quality saffron threads
- β1 cup Pungent shrimpchopped shrimp
- β2 cups Quietly cooked chicken brothhomemade or store-bought
- β1 teaspoon Paella seasoningsmoked paprika and saffron
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor cooking
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 medium Tomatodiced

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the Wagyu beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the chicken broth, shrimp, and diced tomato. Bring to a boil.
