Canadian Gratin with Fresh Tomato
A simple, comforting side dish featuring a Canadian twist on a classic French recipe.
Ingredients

- ●1 cup 1 cup grated Canadian cheddar
- ●1/4 cup 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

- ●1 cup 1 cup grated Canadian bacon or ham
- ●1/2 cup 1/2 cup grated all-purpose flour
