Ethiopian Chicken Doro Wot with German Twist
A German inspired version of the traditional Ethiopian Doro Wot, featuring chicken cooked in a rich and aromatic sauce. This dish is a delicious fusion of cultures and cuisines.

- β1 medium Onion
- β2 inches Ginger
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Ethiopian Berbere Spice
- β2 cups Chicken Broth
- β1 cup Heavy Cream
- β1 teaspoon Salt

Season the chicken thighs with salt and set aside.

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
