Moroccan Mechoui Lamb

Preheat oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C).

Season the lamb shoulder with salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, and cinnamon.

Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the lamb until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Transfer the pot to the preheated oven and braise the lamb for 2 1/2 hours, or until tender.
