Olive and Peruvian Inspired Tiradito
A refreshing Peruvian-inspired dish marinated in olive oil and mixed with quietly flavorful ingredients. This recipe is perfect for a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Tiradito fish (sushi-grade)Fresh, preferably sashimi-grade
- β1/4 cup Olive oilExtra virgin for best flavor
- β2 Peruvian aji amarillo peppersDiced, seeds removed
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped
- β2 tablespoons Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1/2 cup Quietly sweet onionThinly sliced
- β1/2 teaspoon SaltTo taste

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, aji amarillo peppers, cilantro, and lime juice.

Add the sliced onion to the bowl and mix well.

Add the Tiradito fish to the bowl and mix gently to coat.
