Beef Fajita Wrap
Savory beef and vegetables wrapped in a warm tortilla, perfect for a quick dinner. This recipe is inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine.
Ingredients

- β1 Large Bell PepperAny color, thinly sliced
- β4 Tortilla WrapWarm tortillas work best
- β1 cup SalsaStore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Shredded CheeseMonterey Jack or Cheddar work well
- β1 cup Sour CreamOptional topping
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped, for garnish
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
