Thai Cabbage Stir Fry with Khao Soi
A Thai-inspired, easy-to-make dish using cabbage and khao soi in a savory and slightly spicy stir-fry.

- β1 head, thinly sliced Cabbage
- β1 package, noodles only Khao Soi
- β1 cup, cooked Quietly Rice
- β2 tbsp Soi Sauce
- β1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- β1 clove, minced Garlic
- β1-inch piece, grated Ginger
- β1 tsp Thai Chili Flakes
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until slightly tender.

Add the cooked khao soi noodles and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the soi sauce, Thai chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another minute.
