Syrian Lamb Kebabs
A traditional Middle Eastern dish, these lamb kebabs are marinated in a mixture of spices and herbs, then grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb Shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β1/4 cup Olive Oilfor brushing kebabs
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juicefreshly squeezed
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 teaspoons Syrian Spicescontaining cumin, coriander, and paprika
- β1 teaspoon Saltto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepperto taste
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped, for garnish

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400Β°F).

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Syrian spices, salt, and black pepper.

Add lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

Thread lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Brush kebabs with additional olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired level of doneness.
