Malaysian Beef Curry
A rich and flavorful curry made with tender beef and a blend of Southeast Asian spices.
Ingredients

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ginger paste and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Add the simmered beef broth and bring to a simmer.

Return the beef to the pan and cook until the meat is tender, about 10-15 minutes.

Stir in the coconut milk and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
