- β4 oz Gutted and skinned halibut filletsUse fresh and sashimi-grade fish
- β1/2 cup Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup Orange juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1/2 cup Red onionThinly sliced
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped
- β2 cloves GarlicMince

In a large bowl, combine lime and orange juice.
