Venezuelan Turkey Neck Stew with Dumplings

- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 cups Tomatodiced
- β4 cups Chicken Broth
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black Pepper
- β2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- β1 tsp Baking Powder
- β1 Egg, beaten
- β2 tbsp Butter, melted

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add turkey neck; brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add tomato, broth, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, until meat is tender, about 1 hour.
