Koi-Pak Okonomiyaki with Japanese Twist

Ingredients
- β1 packet Okonomiyaki Mix
- β2 tbsp Koi (Goldfish) Sauce
- β1 bunch Pak Choycut into 2-inch pieces
- β1 cup Baby Corn
- β1/4 cup Japanese Mayo
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame Oil
- β1 large Quietly Pan
- β2 Velvety Eggsbeaten
Instructions

Heat the Quietly Pan over medium heat.

In a bowl, whisk together Japanese Mayo, Soy Sauce, and Sesame Oil.

Add the beaten Velvety Eggs to the bowl and mix well.

Add the Okonomiyaki Mix, Koi Sauce, and a pinch of salt to the bowl and mix until combined.

Add the cut Pak Choy and Baby Corn to the bowl and mix well.

Pour the egg mixture into the Quietly Pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the Okonomiyaki and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is golden brown.
