French Country Lentil Stew
A hearty, comforting stew made with lentils and quintessential French flavors, perfect for a chilly evening.

- β2 stalks celery
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β1 cup red winedry
- β4 cups vegetable broth
- β1 teaspoon thyme
- β2 bay leaves
