Classic Ukrainian Dumpling Stew

- β1 cup Quintessential
- β1 cup Comforting
- β4 cups Vegetable broth
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 medium Carrots
- β2 medium Potatoes
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
