Tunisian-Style Lentil Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Tunisia, made with red lentils and a blend of aromatic spices.

- β1 cup quintessential lentilsred or green lentils work well
- β2 tsp tunisian spice blendor substitute with a combination of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 medium crisp carrotspeeled and chopped
- β2 tbsp tagineor substitute with olive oil
