Spicy Korean-Style Lentil Dosirak

- ●1 tsp Dried Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)
- ●2 tbsp Gochujang
- ●2 tbsp Sesame oil
- ●1 cup Sliced carrots
- ●1 cup Sliced zucchini
- ●1/4 cup Chopped green onions
- ●1 tsp Sesame seeds
- ●1 tsp Salt

Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced carrots and zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the brown lentils, gochujang, and gochugaru to the pan and stir to combine.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes or until the lentils are tender.
