Turkish-Style Menemen
A classic Turkish dish made with eggs, tomatoes, and spices. Perfect for a quick and flavorful breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
- β2 medium-sized, peeled and diced Red Potatoes
- β1 tsp Turkish Menemen Spice Blend (available at most spice stores or online)
- β2 medium-sized, diced Juicy Tomatoes
- β1 small-sized, finely chopped Quintessential Onion
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the Menemen Spice Blend and stir to combine.

Crack in 2 large eggs and scramble them with the vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
