Tacu Tacu Stew
A hearty and flavorful Peruvian stew made with chorizo, beef, and various vegetables.

Ingredients
- β1 cup chwinamulcut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 cup tacudiced
- β1 pound beefcut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tablespoons quintessentialolive oil
- β1 onion moltenchopped
- β2 cloves peruvianminced garlic
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon pepper
- β4 cups water

Instructions

Heat the quintessential in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the molten and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the peruvian and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the chwinamul, tacu, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
