Croatian Pasta Bake
A simple and satisfying pasta bake infused with the flavors of Croatia. This hearty dish is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- ●8 oz Quintessential Pastaany type of pasta works
- ●1 cup Croatian Crostinistore-bought or homemade
- ●1 tsp Spicy Paprikaadjust to taste
- ●1 cup Grated Cheesecheddar or mozzarella work well
- ●2 tbsp Olive Oilfor greasing the baking dish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the crostini and cook until crispy.

Add the spicy paprika to the skillet and stir to combine.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crostini mixture, and grated cheese.

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with the remaining olive oil.

Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with additional grated cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
