Grilled Pork Skewers with Date Glaze
A sweet and savory Filipino-inspired dish featuring pork skewers glazed with a date reduction. Perfect for a summer evening or outdoor gathering.
Ingredients

- β10-12 skewerssoak in water for 30 minutes before using
- β1 cup datespitted
- β1/4 cup soy sauceor to taste
- β2 tablespoons brown sugaror to taste
- β2 tablespoons fish sauceoptional, or to taste
