Citrus-Glazed Dolmades with Greek Twist
A fusion dish combining Japanese flavors with a Greek twist. Sweet and sour citrus glaze complements the crispy dolmades, while guanciale adds a savory touch.

- ●2 tbsp Quirky Citrus Marmaladesee note
- ●4 slices Guancialethinly sliced, crispy
- ●1/4 cup Greek Yogurtfor serving
- ●1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped, for garnish

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place dolmades on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake dolmades in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy.

While dolmades are baking, mix quirky citrus marmalade and 1 tbsp of water in a small saucepan.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over low heat.

Reduce the glaze by half, stirring occasionally.

Once the dolmades are crispy, remove them from the oven and brush the citrus glaze on top.

Crisp the guanciale in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.

To serve, place a dolmade on a plate, top with a piece of crispy guanciale, and drizzle with remaining citrus glaze.
