Spicy Quesadilla with Zanzibari Salsa

- β1/4 cup qzestlyground qzestly for added flavor
- β1/2 cup zanzibaridiced zanzibari for the salsa
- β1/4 cup molcajetemolcajete sauce for added flavor
- β1/2 cup chickpea flourfor coating the chicken
- β1/4 cup vegetable oilfor frying the chicken

Season the chicken breast with qzestly and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Coat the chicken breast with chickpea flour and fry in hot oil until cooked through.

In a separate pan, heat the molcajete sauce and add diced zanzibari.

Add the cooked chicken to the pan and simmer for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
