Spicy Thai Shrimp Pilaf
A flavorful and spicy Thai-inspired dish featuring succulent shrimp and a crispy pilaf.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Shrimppeeled and deveined
- β1 cup Thai Queso Qzestyshredded
- β2 cups Pilafuncooked
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oilfor cooking
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1 teaspoon Red pepper flakesfor spice
- β2 tablespoons Fish saucefor flavor
- β1 tablespoon Soy saucefor flavor
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oilfor flavor

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

3. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.

4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

5. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

6. Add the pilaf and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted.

7. Stir in the Thai queso qzesty, fish sauce, and soy sauce.

8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the pilaf is lightly coated.

9. Return the shrimp to the skillet and stir to combine with the pilaf.
