Egyptian Milk Mousse Radiant Delight
A creamy and light dessert that combines the richness of milk with the elegance of radiant and egyptian ingredients. Perfect for a sweet indulgence.
Ingredients
- β1 cup milkwhole milk for best results
- β1/4 cup radiantoptional, for added sparkle
- β1 tablespoon egyptianhoney or rosewater for flavor

In a medium saucepan, combine milk and egyptian. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture simmers.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it steep for 5 minutes.

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean bowl. Discard the solids.

Whip 1/2 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the milk mixture until well combined.

If using radiant, fold it gently into the mixture. Spoon the mousse into individual serving cups.
