Italian Chicken Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with Italian-seasoned chicken and fresh ingredients.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breastscut into thin strips
- β1 tablespoon Italian seasoningdried herbs
- β1 large radiant wrapor Italian flatbread
- β1 cup shredded mozzarella cheeseoptional
- β4-6 fresh basil leaveschopped
- β1/4 cup tomato saucehomemade or store-bought
- β4-6 sliced pepperoncinioptional
- β4-6 lettuce leaveschopped

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together Italian seasoning and a pinch of salt.

Season the chicken with the Italian seasoning mixture.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Let the chicken rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing.

Warm the wrap in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
