Japanese Sliders
A simple and flavorful Japanese-inspired burger recipe using juicy beef patties and crispy tempura bits.
Ingredients
- β500g Raw Beef (80/20)
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β4 Burger Buns (gluten-free)
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat (180Β°C).

Divide the beef into 4 equal portions and shape each into a ball.

Flatten each ball into a patty about 1.5 cm thick.

Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides.

Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

While the patties are cooking, toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble the sliders by spreading a slice of garlic on the bottom bun, followed by a cooked patty, a few slices of lettuce, and finally the top bun.
