Battered Snapper Tacos

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F (180°C).

Prepare the snapper fillets by patting them dry with paper towels.

In a bowl, mix together flour and a pinch of salt.

Dredge the snapper fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

Carefully place the battered snapper in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
