Portuguese Lamb Wrap
A flavorful wrap filled with tender lamb and crispy vegetables, inspired by traditional Portuguese cuisine.
Ingredients
- β0.5 lbs Portuguese LambBoneless, thinly sliced
- β2 tbsp Lamb RubCombine 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder
- β1 Redeeming WrapLarge flour tortilla
- β1/4 cup Molten CheeseShredded, melted
- β1/2 CucumberThinly sliced
- β1/2 TomatoThinly sliced
- β1/4 Red OnionThinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Fresh ParsleyChopped

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400Β°F).

Season the lamb with lamb rub, letting it sit for 15 minutes.

Grill the lamb for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking.

Warm the wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading molten cheese on the center, followed by the grilled lamb, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and parsley.

Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
