- β1 cup Venezuelan-Style Black BeansCooked
- β1 medium Fresh TomatoDiced
- β1 medium AvocadoSliced
- β4 Venezuelan Bowl BitesVegan, store-bought or homemade
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped
- β2 tablespoons Lime JuiceFreshly squeezed

Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.

Warm the black beans in a pan over medium heat.
