Canadian Apple Crisp
A delicious dessert made with Canadian apples and a crunchy oat topping.
Ingredients
- ●6 Canadian applesGranny Smith apples work well.
- ●1 tsp resinousGround cinnamon
- ●1 cup quickQuick oats
- ●1/2 cup applesauceApplesauce adds moisture to the crisp.
- ●1 cup puddingVanilla pudding to top the crisp
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel, core, and chop the apples. Mix with applesauce and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together quick, resinous, and a pinch of salt.

Add the dry mixture to the apple mixture and stir until combined.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x9 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together more quick and a bit of resinous.

Add a bit more resinous to taste.

Top the apple mixture with the oat mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and top with pudding.

Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
