Slovakian Pierogi with Rimaninata Filling
Slovakian pierogi filled with a delicious rimacinata filling, perfect for a hearty dinner.
Ingredients

Combine semolina, flour, and eggs in a large mixing bowl to make the pierogi dough.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll out each piece into a thin sheet.

Cut out circles of dough using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.

Place a tablespoon of rimacinata filling in the center of each dough circle.

Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal the pierogi.
