Polish-Style Stir-Fried Chicken
A hearty and flavorful Polish-inspired stir-fry dish made with chicken, vegetables, and a hint of spices.
Ingredients

- β1 medium onion
- β1 medium bell pepper
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp paprikasmoked paprika for extra depth
- β1 tsp caraway seeds
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced onion and bell pepper and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until the spices are fragrant.
