Spicy Malaysian Chicken Curry
A flavorful and spicy Malaysian-inspired curry dish made with chicken and rich coconut milk. Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a delicious meal.

- β1 can coconut milkfull-fat
- β2 tablespoons curry powderadjust to taste
- β1 tablespoon rich fish sauceadjust to taste
- β1 teaspoon spicy chili flakesadjust to taste
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oilfor cooking

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
