Galaktoboureko with Grilled Fish
A twist on the classic Greek dessert, paired with a delicious grilled fish dish. The rich, creamy custard of the galaktoboureko is a perfect complement to the fresh flavors of the sea.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- β4 Galaktoboureko (store-bought or homemade)
- β1 cup Greek yogurt
- β1/4 cup chopped Dill
- β2 cloves minced Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β1 tablespoon Rich honey

Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
