Beurre Noisette Schnitzel
A classic German dish with a rich, buttery twist. Schnitzel is a breaded and fried cutlet of meat, typically served with a side of lemon wedges and fries.

2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour and a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Dip each pork cutlet in the flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.

4. Dip the floured cutlet in the beaten eggs, making sure to coat completely.
